Yes, it’s true – kitchen and bathroom designers often represent a branded manufacturer selling proprietary products from their catalogue and working with a standard of roster of appliance, plumbing and finish material suppliers – but not every project fits these constraints. Homeowners are frequently left on their own to find a designer, suppliers, contractors and trades, managing the overall scale of the undertaking and responsible for the whole process.

TCKB was established to provide the regional marketplace with a comprehensive professional service, and do as much or as little a project requires – from advice and consulting, to full service interior design and project coordination. We can work directly with an interior design or architect, ensuring the millwork is designed as an integral part of any project.
TCKB provides a team of talented designers working with a variety of skilled millworkers, fabricators and premium suppliers, delivering design solutions to the specific requirements of every project. We work with all plumbing, appliance, finish and lighting suppliers, and find the appropriate cabinet maker, cabinet supplier or millwork shop to deliver the cabinetry and specialty millwork for each and every project.
Unique to our industry, our in-house design expertise includes an experienced, licensed and Registered Interior Designer (RID) and a Certified Kitchen and Bathroom Designer (CKBD), global experience and professional registration with the NKBA (National Kitchen and bath Association), ARIDO (Association of Registered Interior Designers of Ontario), IDC (Interior Designers of Canada) and the ASID (American Society of Interior Designers).
We offer 20+ years of experience on single family residential new construction and renovations, commercial and retail millwork projects, multi-family developments, historic restoration and renovation, yacht interiors and completely one-off bespoke design solutions.
At TCKB we believe each project demands the highest quality materials and craftsmanship the budget can support. Knowing where to find appropriate products and suppliers is paramount to the end result, meeting the project goals and our client expectations. Not every cabinet supplier or cabinetmaker is the same, and each project demands specific expertise in the style of the millwork to reach the desired design outcome.
